REVIEW: Wet n Wild Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner

If you want to know more about this product, please read on for the rest of the review and more pictures. If you can't tell by the picture, this is Wet n Wild Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner.

Hey guys today I have a cult favorite in the beauty community to talk about. It's one of the best products I have ever used. As you can tell by me starting sentence this is going to turn into a rave. This eyeliner applies like a dream and it lasted all day on my oily lids. I tested the waterproof claim both as swatch on my hand and while I was swimming. Proud to report they both held up great. The black outperformed the eggplant a bit though. I only have a product picture of the eggplant shade but I religiously use both colors. The one complaint I have about creme eyeliners though is how quickly they dry up. I am pretty sure that is because of the plastic container though. I've had my blacktrack for a couple of years now and it is still good to go. I wish that all companies switched to glass containers because product does last longer in them, but I understand that with drugstore products sometimes you get what you pay for. It took mine about 8 months to dry up. If you use it everyday it should finish before that anyway. Also it's not as devastating when a $3 eyeliner dries up compared to a $20+ eyeliner. Although in this case you get more than your money's worth with this eyeliner. The pigmentation is amazing with this liner. A little goes a long way. I don't use the brush it came with though as I rarely use the brush that products come with. I recommend using either a craft store paintbrush with this one or just an angled liner brush. I like the MAC 209. So to wrap up this short and sweet review, this is my HG eyeliner as of now for 2012! I am absolutely floored at the fact that a drugstore eyeliner could perform the way this does. I hope you guys enjoy this eyeliner as much as I do. Enjoy!
